Welcome to the CS-VUE Leap Year Newsletter.
We continue to bring to you the latest CS-VUE enhancements, Hints & Tips and recent media about RMA compliance.
This month an exciting new Contracts module almost ready for release and the launch of a new CS-VUE sister company lead the charge!

New Contracts Module in Development! |

An exciting new optional module is currently in development due for release towards the end of March. The new CS-VUE Contracts Module will allow the tracking of legal contract milestones, provide alerts to key dates, track amendments and indemnities, whilst also providing a visible and transparent single source of information for legal contracts and their requirements.
Increased visibility, increased planning ability, contract accountability, as well as mitigation of risk are just some of the key benefits likely to be realised by organisations implementing the CS-VUE Contracts Module going forward.
The finishing touches are occurring as we speak, and we envisage training our first client in March.

By The Numbers - $20,000 Fine for Breach of Dairying Consent |

Hawke's Bay Dairies was fined $20,000 in the Environment Court in Napier earlier this month for a breach of their resource consent to discharge effluent, with further costs to be decided.
Council team leader of compliance Bryce Lawrence said that twice in the past two years the council had given the company written warnings that it was discharging more nitrogen in its effluent than was allowed under its resource consent.
The case had ramifications for the whole dairy industry because Hawke's Bay Dairies had used the best systems it could find, but had still got into trouble, Mr Hopkins said.
The company had now set up a more accurate monitoring system and had changed some of its management practices, for example by feeding out in paddocks instead of on feed pads.

Hints & Tips - Projects Ease of Use |

One of the great features of our new Projects page is the ability to set-up or add consents to a Project by clicking a check-box. Simply by selecting the consent or consents required, ticking the check-box and utilising the Add Consent to Project button, the Project is updated quickly and efficiently.
Further information is available in the CS-VUE Training Manual accessible through the Documents tab in CS-VUE.
