UPDATES - PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY
In response to user feedback, and as part of our product development plans, we are pleased to announce a major enhancement to the Projects function within CS-VUE.
This will enable managers to monitor the compliance of their project's consents in an easy, integrated way and should be of great benefit to managers who need to oversee complex projects with several consents.
The following facilities will be available:
- Edit Projects - enables the user to more easily add consents to a project, as well as updating other project information
- Manage Projects - enables the user to view, on a single page, the compliance status of every condition within the project's consents, and sign-off or snooze any condition
- Alerts - enables the user to identify any project consents which are non-compliant, lapsed, or expired
Of particular importance to users, the new Projects function allows the user to classify the type of project either as a:
- Works Project (i.e. a set of consents which are associated with the same construction project), or
- Consents Group (i.e. any group of consents which are of interest to the user)
There are some features which are only relevant to one of the above two project types. This update is due to be released on the 31st of January. Full details will shortly be available in the online training manual, but if you need further information please contact Jasmine. |

BY THE NUMBERS - $23,000 FINE FOR STREAM POLLUTION
A Northland dairy farmer has been fined $23,000 after a jury in Whangarei found him guilty of polluting a stream.
The jury heard that when pumping equipment failed on Henry Van Den Bogaart's farm effluent overflowed for at least five days into a drain feeding into the Paiaka Stream.

The training manual is continually updated after each enhancement and with so many changes happening to the CS-VUE system of late, it's a good idea to download the latest version.
Users will find this in the Docs section of the CS-VUE system, or you can email Jasmine any time for the latest copy. |
