CS-VUE UPDATES - ENHANCED CONDITION REPORTING |
|
| |
As a further enhancement to CS-VUE we have now supplied more in-depth reporting on condition responsibility and compliance from within the "Manage Project" function.
It is now easy to see at a glance how you are tracking with your compliance on a condition level across a number of consents.
Try ticking the different check boxes to take a look at the extra information now easily available. You are welcome to speak with Jasmine, our Customer Relations Manager, to talk you through this if you require assistance.
Already we have had a lot of positive feedback from our customers about this enhancement, and a many of our clients are now looking to put in a whole raft of different types of contracts, licenses, permits and management plans into CS-VUE, please
feel free to contact us if you would like to trial other document types in the system. |

CS-VUE UPDATES - ADDITIONAL BROWSE FUNCTIONS |
|
| |
You may have noticed a few extra buttons and drop down menus on the Browse Page, in summary these changes are: - To get more from the new enhanced condition reporting, you are also now able to filter consents by those assigned responsibility for conditions within any consent.
- Consents can be sorted by consent number, granted date, and expiry date for faster searching.
- You may also notice that the "Activity" list is shorter; it now only displays the activity types assigned to active consents in your database.
Please feel free to get in touch with Jasmine if you would like to talk through these functions. |

CS-VUE CASE STUDY - AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL |
|
| |
Stormwater projects manager Grant Ockleston says councils which take a proactive approach to consent compliance management will end up saving time, effort, and money satisfying Regional Council requirements.
He says Auckland Regional Council has already signalled a greater focus on ensuring compliance with consent conditions and has allocated more staff solely to carry out consent audits. Other regional councils are likely to follow. Fortunately Auckland City Council foresaw that regional councils would develop a greater focus on ensuring compliance with consent conditions.
