  CS-VUE Welcomes
We welcome South Taranaki District Council to the CS-VUE community, as well as Mighty River Power - our first customer to utilise the new CS-VUE Contracts Module.

We are pleased to announce the completion of a major restructure and appointment of a new CEO.

CS-VUE now sits within the SASH Group of environmental companies, alongside resource management planners, Andrew.Stewart Ltd and emission management specialists, CarbonGroup Ltd.

Duncan Stewart has been appointed as Chief Executive, following seven years as Director and co-founder of Andrew.Stewart Ltd. Building on the successes of CS-VUE to date, Duncan will be responsible for implementing a new customer service scheme, making significant changes to product implementation methods, and breathing life into an export strategy.

Duncan also intends to tweak the CS-VUE brand to better position the company for the emerging sustainability market.

"CS-VUE has been very much oriented towards best-practice and risk management. My intention is to shift the brand message to better compliment our status as Technology-for-Environment knowledge leaders. I want our customers to be leveraging every inch of the green-wave, and we will be delivering a series of new intitatives to make sure they are at the leading edge of clean tech innovation."

General Manager, Andrew Corner, has been appointed as CFO for the SASH group, but will continue to have direct input to the business.

Contact Duncan Stewart.

By the Numbers - Exide faces tough penalties of up to $200,000
The multinational company has again been charged with breaching resource consent conditions at its Petone lead smelter.

Exide refuses to say whether it will plead guilty when the case is heard in the Environment Court, and insists it has tried to be a "good neighbour".  Exide could be fined up to $200,000 or officials jailed for up to two years if found guilty. The company escaped with a $5000 fine after admitting a similar charge in November, arguing its initial breach was a "one-off".

By the Numbers - Resource consent breaches 44% may be higher than stated
Forest and Bird claim that up to 44% more dairy farms are in serious breach of their resource consents than indicated by the figures released last week by the Ministry for the Environment.

"The misleading way the national figures were calculated and then presented to the public means that there are nearly 350 more dairy farms in serious breach of their resource consents than indicated in the Clean Streams Accord progress report," said Forest and Bird Advocacy Manager Kevin Hackwell.

"For the last four years the annual reports have under-stated the extent of serious breaches by averaging the totals from the different regions rather than using the aggregated national figures."

Hints and Tips - Uses for the new CS-VUE Contract Compliance Module
We are pleased to announce the official release of the new CS-VUE Contracts Module.  As such, we are now able to demonstrate the system to you should you or your colleagues who wish to take a peek.

Based on our highly successful CS-VUE Consent Management process logic, we have taken the system to a new level of functionality and flexibility so that CS-VUE can manage a broader range of permission based activities across various departments within an organisation.

We would recommend the system to anyone who is currently considering finding a more efficient and transparent way of managing any of these types of processes.
  • Legal agreements and contracts
  • Compliance training schedules
  • Building WOF
  • Property owner approvals
  • Management Plans
  • Leases
  • Industry standard protocols and procedures
  • And much more,

Should you wish to know more about any aspects of the Contracts Module please do not hesitate in contacting the CS-VUE team directly.
