GROWTH & STAFF APPOINTMENTS |
|
| |
The CS-VUE community has expanded rapidly in the last six months. To keep pace with demand for customer service, product development and implementation, we have added several new roles and staff.
Abhishek Dakshindas will be starting in the newly formed role of Product Development & Implementation Manager (PDIM). Abhishek has recently completed an MBA in USA, and has an extremely strong track record in software implementation.
Jasmine Dickenson has been appointed as Customer Relationship Manager for NZ and Australia. Jasmine has developed a new Customer Care Plan, which will be rolled out to all clients from 1st June.
Adam Yan recently joined the CS-VUE product development team as a Web
Developer, and will be working alongside Abhishek and Jasmine to ensure that CS-VUE remains at the leading edge of environmental management software. |

You may have noticed that the CS-VUE brand has changed.
The update has been made as part of a move towards broadening the CS-VUE product offering from ‘Best Practice Compliance' to technology-assisted environmental management. CEO, Duncan Stewart describes the change;
"We want our customers to leverage every possible advantage from CS-VUE, and that includes being able to demonstrate to their customers and supply chain that they are working hard at being a responsible and sustainable corporate citizen."
"The new CS-VUE strapline, "Technology for Environment" conveys a sense that we are not just about compliance with statutory requirements, we are also about providing leading-edge technology to support environmentally sustainable business practices."
Over the next six
months CS-VUE customers can look forward to a complete overhaul of the look and feel of CS-VUE. |

CS-VUE UPDATE - WAKE UP - IT'S TIME TO UNSNOOZE! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
The new ‘un-snooze' function allows the Consent Manager to remove the snooze marker from a condition. This in turn allows the user to sign-off a condition as soon as there is evidence of compliance, and not have to wait for the snooze date to be reached. This allows easier management of the consent, and can reduce the reporting of the consent as non-compliant.
For example, a condition might be snoozed for two weeks if it requires a monitoring report to be produced and for some reason there is a delay in the production of the report. If the monitoring report is actually provided well before the two weeks, then previously the user had to wait until the two weeks was up before being able to sign-off the condition. Now, the user can immediately sign-off the condition (and attach the report) by un-snoozing the condition and then signing off.
To action the
'un-snooze' function; simply click the highlighted link from your consent signoff view like the one shown in the image above. |

The old address is: http://login.csvue.co.nz/
