The CS-VUE team would like to say "thank you" to all of our users who took the time to provide all the suggestions and feedback that we have been able to use as direction for this new version, we appreciate it.

Users will login to find a complete re-design of the system, with a fresh new look and feel, an even more intuitive user interface, and huge improvements in workflow efficiency. This latest release is also packed with new functionality, including enhanced search capabilities, map referencing, intra consent and project linking, and multiple condition signoffs... the list goes on.   See the sections below for a more in depth breakdown of some of the changes.

CS-VUE is taking our software-as-a-service philosophy very seriously, and this product refresh is provided absolutely free of charge to all clients.  You are more than welcome to get in touch with us if you have any queries about v3.0.

PERMITS TAB NAVIGATION PANE
The Browse tab has been renamed as the Permits tab, and all consents are now called permits, to allow users greater freedom in the type of documents that they wish to manage in the system.  A new search drop down list has also been added to the navigation pane to allow users to filter permits by territorial authority.

UNIVERSAL PREDICTIVE SEARCH
The wild text search field on the right hand side now has predictive text capability, with a list of possible matches based on information in the database in order to speed up search.

CLIENT SURVEY TOOLS
From time to time you will notice a survey pop up above the navigation pane which allows you to provide feedback. We have made great strides to streamline the survey to make it as short and convenient as possible to complete.

PERMIT MAP REFERENCE
We have added two new fields to the Edit Permit view to allow users to add GIS Easting and Northing coordinates to the permits. This will assist users with wider reporting capabilities.

LINKING - PERMITS TO PERMITS
It is now much easier to make reference to other permits from within the Permit Edit fields. Previously, to make mention of another permit you would have had to add the hyperlink in the note field. We have now made it easier to link permits together by choosing the associated permit record from a drop down menu. This function is particularly useful in linking permit renewals to their historical permits.

LINKING - PERMITS TO PROJECTS
Users can now quickly and easily add permits to a project from the Permit Edit view. It's also now very easy to see what projects a permit is already a part of from this view.

LINKING - PROJECTS TO PROJECTS
We have extended the links functions to projects as well.  A Project can now be linked with one or multiple projects from within the Project Edit view by choosing the project name from a drop down menu.

MULTIPLE CONDITION SIGN-OFF
It is now even easier than ever to attach proof of compliance. The new multiple condition signoff feature allows users to add an attachment and signoff multiple conditions in one fell swoop.

DASHBOARD REPORT PRINT VIEW

The new Dashboard tab allows users to view the compliance level of their permits at a glance without having to scroll to the bottom of the page.  It is also now easier than ever to fulfil your reporting obligations with the new CS-VUE print dashboard report view.  The new print view is compatible with most printers, PowerPoint, and PDF writers.

EDIT CONTACT
All contact information, editing, and responsibility handover can be accessed from within the one location, simply click on the contacts name to bring up all contact management options.
