All CS-VUETM clients enjoy a high level of ongoing personalised service via our Customer Care Programme.

The CS-VUETM Customer Care Programme is designed to maximise customer satisfaction and optimise product usage. We aim to embed a strong ongoing relationship between our customers and CS-VUETM associated products and services. Following Certified Implementation, each new client is assigned a Customer Relations Manager (CRM), who is the primary point of contact for all account queries.

Success for our CRM's is to create a raving CS-VUETM fan, who will happily support and promote the CS-VUETM message throughout the larger sustainable business community.
